Season Fees
Wrestler fees for the 2023-2024 season are $400
Wrestlerette fees for the 2023-2024 season are $200
SEASON FEES ARE DUE BY OCTOBER 27, 2023
If you do not use the website store to pay the season fees, please venmo @HHS-wrestling -or- make check payable to the Harrison Wrestling Booster Club (HHWBC). Add your students name in the notes section of Venmo or on the memo line of your check.
Parent Volunteer Deposit
To run our program, we depend on our wrestling families to help during our busy season. We will have many volunteer opportunities through out the season and hope that you will join us to help as much as possible. We know to be successful we will need your help to make the season the best it can be for our student-athletes.
In addition to the Program Fees, each wrestling family is responsible for a $150 parent volunteer deposit. Please post date a check (payable to Harrison HS Booster Club) for February 19, 2024 and drop it off in the lockbox outside the wrestling room. This deposit will be returned in full when families fulfill the following four obligations:
- Fully participate in our "Reaching Our Goal" fundraising campaign,
- Work one shift in the concession stand
- Donate/Cook two items for the hospitality room at selected home events.
- Attend three setups/breakdowns for a home event.
Reaching Our Goal Sign Ups
Each wrestling family is expected to provide at least 20 email addresses for our "Reaching Our Goal" campaign. This is our main fundraiser for the year and allows us to reach out to your family and friends about donating a small amount to our program. These email addresses are due by October 30, 2023.
Concession Stand Duty
Wrestler's families are responsible for covering one 2-hour concession stand shift during one of our home matches/tournaments.
Hospitality Room Donations
The Booster Club is responsible for hosting a hospitality room during home tournaments for all coaches, trainers, referees. We must supply all food, drinks, utensils for breakfast and lunch. This is a great way to help the program and ensure we are gracious host and schools want to return. Wrestler's families are responsible for bringing at least one item for the hospitality room during the season.
Set Up & Breakdown of Home Tournaments
We do our best to host as many home meets as possible to make it easier for our families to see their athlete in action. Due to the great facilities at Harrison High School we get a chance to host about six to seven events per year. We will need assistance in seting up and breaking down the chair, tables, and mats. We ask our wrestling families to help us at three of these events at either setup or breakdown.
Keep an eye out for team e-mails with Sign Up Genius dates and times for opportunities to volunteer. Please post date a check (payable to Harrison HS Booster Club) for February 19, 2024 and drop it off in the lockbox outside the wrestling room.
*Participants will not receive their uniform package or be able to compete
until registration fees and fundraising deposits are received.*

In addition to being the official score keepers for the wrestling team, our Wrestlerettes keep and maintain stats on every wrestler in the program, video matches for use by the coaches and the wrestlers, and track and inventory equipment and uniforms. Our Wrestlerettes travel with the team to local and out of state tournaments and set up and organize all home tournaments and matches. The Harrison HS Wrestlerettes also generate an amazing amount of enthusiasm and team spirit by creating the match posters, bulletin boards, and banners seen throughout the school.
